Les Bords du Lac, the 1st private hotel inspired by surf houses, will open its doors at the beginning of July 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Discover Les Bords du Lac, a magnificent neo-Basque building with dark red half-timbering and opulent architecture, typical of the Landes region, transformed into a chic and welcoming residence by interior designer Doroth\u00e9e Delaye. The property is managed by Iconic House, offering 5-star hotel service with top-of-the-range amenities. It&#8217;s just a five-minute walk from the ocean and its renowned surf beaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Architect Louis Lagrange designed several neoclassical Hispanic and Art Deco-inspired villas around the lake, creating a unique ambience. The 380 m\u00b2 residence features six en-suite bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a living room with a custom-made fireplace, a cinema room, a children&#8217;s area, a wine cellar and a heated swimming pool overlooking the lake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doroth\u00e9e Delaye, a graduate of the Ecole Boulle, brings her expertise in interior design and architecture to the table, using Ressource&#8217;s pastel color palette, sometimes enhanced by strong-toned lacquers.
